I've tried this in the Forester, but it seems the "heated seats" really means "heated lower seat backs". I guess I could place the pizza vertically against the seatback, but it's really too much fuss and bother to have to fasten the seat belt and shoulder harness across it all.

I don't think my seats get hot unless it detects somebody sitting in it

Sit on the pizza, then turn the seat warmers on.

Hmmm. Mine's a 2004 XT. Perhaps I have malfunctioning bun-warmers. I've been accused of being one cold-assed sonovabitch at times though, so that might very well be the problem!

Put pizza on floor so it doesn't move, then drive home faster. Ergo, warmer pizza.
